by clinical staff and are not intended for urgent or emergency use. If you are experiencing
a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

constitute medical advice, and does not create a physician-patient relationship. A
physician-patient relationship is established only once you have been formally registered
and seen as a patient of the practice.
Medication Refills
Medication refill requests submitted through the Website are subject to our standard refill policies, available at https://dentonfpc.com/practice-policy/, including required processing time, office-hours-only handling, and in-office visit requirements for certain medications.does not create a physician-patient relationship. AI Voice Receptionist Calls
If you interact with our AI voice receptionist by phone, or opt in to receive automated calls from us:- Calls may be answered, or in some cases initiated, by an artificial-intelligence voice agent rather than a live staff member.
- These calls may be recorded and transcribed for scheduling, recordkeeping, and service-improvement purposes.
- You may ask to speak with clinic staff at any point during a call.
- Consent to receive automated calls is not a condition of receiving care or any service from Denton Family Practice Clinic.
- Use of the AI voice receptionist does not create or change the physician-patient relationship, which is established only through your care with our providers.
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency, hang up and call 911.
Patient Portal
Our Patient Portal is operated by a third-party platform and is governed by that platform’s own terms of use, separate from these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of the Patient Portal.Acceptable Use

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
